An historian by training, I acquired a skill in graduate school that is itself rapidly becoming a thing of the past. I learned how to find information that isn't accessible via the Internet. In spite of everything that can be found online these days, there are still some things that can only be found in print somewhere, or in a box full of file folders, or on a roll of microfilm.
